High-level…
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and experienced Product Manager possessing proven business acumen and technical/technology expertise to join our growing Product team. You will be working on programs and initiatives for global restaurant brands in the quick service and casual dining space.
Down in the weeds…Define and manage the development of branded commerce and engagement solutions on web and mobile applicationsActively engage customers and key stakeholders to drive business requirements definition Assess and manage scope of work, decomposing high level business requirements into epics and storiesCollaborate with sales, account management, marketing, design, data analytics, and engineering throughout the client product development lifecycleKeep stakeholders informed of progress; ensure executive sponsors and others are aware of any potential roadblocks or inability to deliver as committedTest and monitor for customer and user satisfaction, resolve issues through process analysis, application activity, reviews, and customer feedbackLead client product enhancements process through review, prioritization, product development milestones, product launch, and results measurementCreate user training and on-going support documentation, and facilitate training sessionsWork both independently and in a team setting while delivering high quality work in a consistent manner in an Agile/Scrum environment 
Required Skills & Experience3+ years’ experience: As a product manager/product owner for consumer, e-commerce, web and/or mobile applicationsExperience in a SCRUM/Agile environment writing epics and stories as a product ownerAnalyzing, clarifying, and translating client business and functional requirementsManaging scope of work and change management effortsKnowledgeable, and hands-on expertise in: Business process and data analysis, functional design, modeling, product development processes, and software testingShipping products from start to finish, concept to launchExecution of product roadmapsWriting and publishing release notes and product feature documentationCoordinating and managing enterprise scale SaaS based software solutionsDocumenting current and future state business process flowsTechnical troubleshooting and problem solving Customer focused with high quality standardsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong preference for candidates with experience working directly with or in a consultative role with a SaaS based, e-commerce organizationBachelor’s degree in relevant field of workAbility to travel as business needs demand

Pay and Benefits (PORTUGAL)

Compensation competitive to market and geographical location.Meal allowance for each day worked available through meal card.Home/Office allowance reimbursement per calendar month, pro-rated based on employment start date.Health insurance: Tillster pays the premium for employee private health insurance. Employees have the option to add their spouse/dependents at the employee’s cost.Holidays: Up to 20 federal and local/municipal holidays in accordance with applicable Portuguese Labour laws, dependent on your employment start date.Vacation: Up to 22 days of vacation every holiday year, pro-rated based on employment start date.Education, Learning & Development: We offer Udemy Learning courses; and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
