Join Sage as a Product Marketing Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our product lines within the Small Segment Group (SSG) portfolio. This position is key to driving the commercial success of our North American markets by delivering go-to-market strategies and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve our goals. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, becoming the voice of the SSG Product Marketing team while driving growth, customer retention, and product awareness.
This is a hybrid position, 3 days in our Lawrenceville office (2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Messaging: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Create Impactful Strategies: Develop marketing plans to retain existing customers, attract new ones, and support key product launches, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
• Support Sales Teams: Train sales channels on our buyer personas, challenges, and solutions, while providing tools and collateral that make an impact.
• Lead Planning: Drive planning cycles for assigned product lines, coordinating key stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Be a Sage Ambassador: Champion Sage’s vision by contributing to thought leadership, content, events, and product awareness initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
• Product Marketing Experience: A strong background in product marketing with the ability to create growth strategies and execute them effectively.
• Influential Leadership: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to inspire and align teams across functions.
• Adaptability & Creativity: A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic Thinking: A knack for making sound decisions and driving results, with a bias for action and comfort working autonomously.

• Collaboration: Comfort working alongside commercial and functional specialists, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to make a measurable impact. Join us to help Sage and the SSG portfolio thrive in North America.
