Product Marketing & Brand Specialist

Support to identify and implement Lincoln nameplate strategies based on consumer insights, competitors' trends and market opportunities, in compliant to global brand guideline.

Selection Criteria:

Strong insights in the luxury auto car industry. Good result-oriented analysis skill of business issues or opportunities based on industry, segment and customer insights Project management Governance Internal coordination with skill teams & external alignment with JV teams Ability to work within a diverse (cultural, functional or geographic) environment Ability to travel if required Flexibility on working hours given Global Marketing and time zone differences

Qualifications Required:

Self-starter and Ownership  Sales background with Marketing related fields, preferably within product marketing or marketing communications. Good communication & English skills. Data analysis skills Good team player Mindset for continuous improvement and always seek for improvement Dependable, committed and highly responsible to deliver outcomes JV experience is nice to have.

 

Roles & Responsibility

Support to identify and implement Lincoln nameplate strategies based on consumer insights, competitors' trends and market opportunities, in compliant to global brand guideline. As a Marketing representative to PD, representing the voice of markets. Support deliverables on nameplate's Winning Product Strategy & Market Equation Work with cross functional teams to develop Go-To-Market plan according to strategy and ensure all GTM deliverables are on time. Support Launch Pricing Strategy development and approval process. Work with marketing, agencies, and media on content planning to deliver relevant and interesting product contents to drive nameplate awareness and consideration  Work with PR for messaging development and social campaigns to enhance nameplate awareness and drive engagement. Work with functional teams to develop insightful business analysis to ensure short term and long-term success. Such as nameplate launch metrics analysis, identify performance gaps and figure out showroom traffic enhancement plan. Support to plan annual product refreshing actions for market buzz and product enhancement Support leadership special assignment
