The Product Marketing Director is responsible for leading the North American marketing strategy, coordination and alignment of the marketing planning and execution for one or more brands in North America. This role also oversees a team of Marketing professionals responsible for driving campaigns targeting current and potential clients and/or talent, and is accountable for ensuring campaign success while coaching and developing the team.
Making an Impact
• Design the North American marketing strategy to position our brands as a leader in the target industries with key audiences including B2B (clients) and B2C (consultant talent) in priority US and Canada markets.
• Monitor actions of direct and in-direct competitors and tailor brand messaging and marketing strategies to drive unique differentiation in country.
• Lead the marketing strategy, and campaign plans for the priority products, labels, programs, and services. Manage all branding, positioning, and messaging to maintain and engage professional talent in upskilling opportunities to enhance their careers.
• Analyze client, pricing, and operational data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and communicate those insights to business stakeholders along with recommended response.
• In partnership with with Global Marketing, foster a collaborative, agile culture with other markets in priority countries, sharing best practices and scaling learnings.
• Be known as a staffing and solutions expert in target industries, monitoring key trends to anticipate and propose new growth ideas, product offerings and thought leadership.
• Partner with Communications PR to develop and execute Thought Leadership research and associated publications to support the brands positioning both internally and externally.
• Work in partnership with the brand Leaders, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event Team, Market Intelligence and Sales Enablement teams to develop marketing programs to drive new client opportunities and attract talent for in-demand roles and solutions.
• Leverage analytics to assess performance and adjustment campaigns and advertising spend as needed to achieve brand growth objectives.
• Internal stakeholders include the Brand Leadership team, who provides direction and ongoing input on key priorities and Global Marketing, who provides brand direction and guidance on the Marketing strategy.
• Coordinate market research process to drive strategic insights and identify any new opportunities, in partnership with the North America Market Intelligence team.
People Leadership
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, including coaching team members, managing performance, and developing them to grow in their current role and beyond.
