Marketing & Sales Manager ELSP/ELSB Taiwan
Your role and responsibilitiesRepresent Global Division(s) in the Country to grow sales and market. Define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCreating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.•\tFocusing on achievement of the target set for metrics like total demand orders (by ABB and third-party), growth margin percentage, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods, and on-time delivery as requested.•\tEvaluating market opportunities, determining appropriate activities aligned with the overall strategy, and coordinating opportunities across local divisions and local business units, as appropriate.•\tEnsuring balanced growth for all product lines, product groups, and business units and creating product demand by promoting technical aspects, providing solutions, and utilizing value-based selling approach.Our team dynamics (Optional)You will join a {insert adjectives – e.g. dynamic, talented, high performing} team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tAt least 5 years of experience as Product Marketing role, Product Marketing Manager or similar as preferred\tTechnical background (a master's degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred\tLeadership experience
