Work-time percentage: Full time- 100%Work location: Ense, GermanyReports to: Product Marketing Manager  Job SummaryWe are seeking a recent engineering graduate with a strong foundation in electronics and business administration to join our team as a Product Marketing Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience or exposure to product marketing, product management, and pricing, gained through internships or practical projects. This role requires excellent teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to travel and adapt to various cultural environments.Main Responsibilities:Tactical Marketing in close cooperation with Sales team Validation of opportunities and determination of business cases in cooperation with Business DevelopmentProduct pricing definitionCollaborate with System Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Operations in product development process.Promotion of new products and product roadmap globally at customers and on trade shows in cooperation with Business Development and System Engineering TeamOrganization and conduction of product launches in conjunction with MarCom team, including sales collaterals.Market and competitive intelligenceEducation and work experience:Bachelor of Engineering or equivalentRecent graduate, ideally with internships or project experience in a related field. Exposure to Product Marketing, Product Management, Positioning, and Pricing through internships or practical experience. Ideally, some experience or practical knowledge in Project and Process Management Professional expertise:Skills in electronics and business administrationIdeally expertise in power electronics, expertise in power semiconductorsMarketing & Product Management skillsSoft skills: Teamwork, communication skills, intercultural management, multitasking.   Languages: English, German (optional).Ability to travel, flexibility.
