Meet your team
Our team is responsible for outbound and inbound Product Marketing for Planning and Analytics as part of the broader SAP Data and Analytics portfolio. As an Analytics Product Marketing Manager, you are helping to drive and define the vision and strategy for Analytics. This includes driving the go-to-market strategy to generate high customer demand and revenue growth.
What you'll do
Orchestrate Go-To-Market activities for the Planning & Analytics portfolio Articulate the value of our Analytics solutions both inbound and outbound Thorough understanding of SAP Analytics business and how this drives direct & platform-based monetization for the company. Research and monitor market trends and external influences that affect SAP's solution offering Develop solution strategies and accompanying assets together with the SAP Development & Product Management organization Provide asset content and drive positioning together with regional teams and solution marketing Enable SAP field organization and partners for proactive, value-based selling Develop effective working relationships and ensure advisor status with key customers and partners Initiate demand generation activities to address white spaces and ensure pipeline coverage Maintain and grow the global partner eco-system to complement our solutions Establish a strong external presence with partners, industry analysts, press, and bloggers. Build up and maintain a strong internal network with Analytics stakeholders in Sales, Product Management & Development, and Product Marketing
What you bring
Preferred skills
Technical degree preferred, and 3 to 5 years experience in a software company. Very strong communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability of multi-tasking as the standard mode of operation Ability to influence entire organizations, and to work effectively in a matrix organization Experience in customer interaction Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics is a strong prerequisite
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years experience related to Financial Planning and/or BI/Analytics solutions in sales, presales, solution management, product marketing, or consulting Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP, preferably with SAP Analytics Cloud experience Good insight and network into various SAP organizations Professional background in planning and analytics

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 101,300 - 210,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
