**Summary:**
Meta seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for customers across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and future applications and services, for the LATAM market. The role is part of our Product Marketing Management team whose mission is to accelerate product and business growth through market and audience expertise. We are the voice of Product in International Markets and the voice of International Markets in Product.As the Market PMM, you will be responsible for bringing in market insights, influencing product strategies, driving holistic go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, adoption and growth of our ad products in LATAM. You will work with Global Business Group (GBG), Sales, and cross functional teams to ensure all efforts are aligned from inception to launch and beyond — and communicated clearly and with empathy to all key stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
Product Marketing Manager, LATAM Responsibilities:
1. Partner with local Marketing leadership and Product Marketing Managers to set product adoption goals, develop execution strategies, track and analyze performance
2. Drive adoption of our advertising solutions and communicate with Sales leadership to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
3. Inspire action through data insights and execute with operational rigor and efficiency
4. Shape internal training programs to educate the regional sales force on a growing set of advertising solutions
5. Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across product marketing organization to maximize growth and scale impact
**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. BA/BS degree or equivalent 5+ years professional experience in technology or advertising, experience with performance advertising across display, ad networks and/or search highly regarded
7. Product marketing experience in the web technology sector and experience contributing on strategic, operational and tactical levels
8. Experience presenting to group executives
9. Data driven and experience with handling large amount of data for analysis
10. Track record of influencing behavior at various levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
11. Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives
12. Organizational and people skills and the experience to set priorities, problem-solve, multitask and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
