Our Just Walk Out Technology creates an effortless shopping experience our customers love. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own high priority promotions and value marketing. We are seeking a customer-obsessed marketer who can deliver big ideas, has demonstrated successful campaign ownership, and possesses an ability to identify and prioritize opportunities using data.
The successful candidate for this role has experience establishing strategy and cross-channel marketing tactics to maximize customer reach and impact, has a proven ability to work cross-functionally, make data-driven decisions, and influence others. You must be able to work at the strategic level (generating new ideas to evolve your campaigns) and at the tactical level (managing development and execution of promotions). You are a self-starter, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive working among a broad, diverse set of stakeholders. You leverage strong organizational and project management skills and have a track record of delivering quality work.
This is a permanent position based in Seattle, WA.
Key job responsibilities
* Work cross-functionally with creative studio, category, in-stock, operations, merchandising, and in-store experience counterparts to deliver monthly rotational promotions program to drive sales and meet overarching revenue goals
* Develop and execute on strategies to increase impact of promotions, inclusive of proposing new tests and optimizations to our promotions marketing tactics and channels
* Partner with pricing and category teams to identify and market priority value/pricing messages
* Monitor performance metrics for your programs and use key insights to execute optimizations
