Our Client, a Research, Care and Health Financing company, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager: Lightpath Employer (TVC) for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ This Product Marketing Manager will focus on client’s Light path product which is being designed to be a proactive and responsive chronic care platform, which will be fueled by continuous data integration and AI.
+ In this fast-paced role, you will help client build compelling and differentiated messaging and sales collateral for employers.
+ You will bring extensive downstream marketing experience for a care management solution, including:
+ Experience building customer-oriented marketing material (including pitch decks, sales sheets, case studies, ROI analyses, and more).
+ You will also report on competitor performance and identify emerging trends and customer needs.
+ The right candidate will be excited to deploy their extensive downstream product marketing capabilities and build compelling collateral in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
+ The right candidate will have experience building strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales and product.
+ Last but not least, the right candidate will also have product launch experience and be comfortable with the speed and ambiguity of an early stage solution.
+ This position reports to the Head of Product Marketing and Market Research and works closely alongside a Product Marketing Manager focused on the plan and provider segments.
+ Bring Light path’s core value propositions to life through foundational marketing collateral for the employer segment, including: pitch decks, sales sheets, claims documentation, case studies, and more.
+ Create competitive landscape analyses and build deep-dives on core competitors in the metabolic space (for the self-insured employer segment).
+ Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the GTM strategy and value propositions are resonating in the market and create feedback loops to refine the value proposition and product positioning for self-insured employers.
+ Partner deeply with the Commercial Marketing teams to build compelling campaigns for self-insured employers (working across paid, earned, shared and owned strategies).
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Plus, 5-7 years’ experience in product marketing, strategic consulting, or product management with 3+ years in healthcare.
+ Experience developing marketing and sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, sales sheets, case studies, webinars, and more.
+ Experience marketing or selling a care management solution.
+ Experience developing messaging tailored to B2B customers– especially including self-insured employers.
+ Experience working in a new and/or swiftly evolving market.
+ Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with an ability to navigate an evolving and fast-paced environment, influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
+ Creative and methodical problem solving bring people together to understand needs, identify options, form hypotheses, make decisions, and learn faster through feedback.
+ Experience: 4 - 20 Years
+ An experienced Product Marketing Manager with expertise creating messaging, sales enablement collateral, and claims for self-insured employers.
+ Results focus: prioritize, plan, coordinate, track and evaluate projects, programs and processes with a strong emphasis on learning and continuous improvement.
+ Comfort with ambiguity. The ability to learn quickly, iterate, and thrive in a swiftly changing environment
