Product Marketing Manager – High Voltage Power
The High Voltage Products Business Line is at the forefront of delivering innovative power solutions for automotive and industrial applications including USB-PD Adaptors, Server PSUs, Telecom Infrastructure, and EV/HEV AC/DC & DC/DC power supplies. With increasing demand for high power density, efficiency, low EMI, and cost optimisation, we are scaling rapidly and expanding our portfolio of advanced analog and digital power products.
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with 7–10 years of expertise in leading marketing for power conversion technologies such as AC/DC, DC/DC, Flyback, and Offline controllers/converters. This is a strategic role focused on driving go-to-market execution, customer engagement, and business growth for a portfolio of high-voltage power products. You will partner closely with product line development teams, sales, systems, and applications teams to drive adoption, define product strategy, and build long-term market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product marketing strategy for a portfolio of high-voltage power products such as AC/DC, DC/DC, Flyback, and Offline controllers/converters, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. Identify and prioritise target markets and customers in automotive and industrial applications through detailed TAM/SAM analysis. Lead customer engagement efforts in collaboration with field sales, FAE, and business development teams to drive design wins and revenue. Define and drive competitive positioning, value propositions, and messaging for key products and platforms. Develop and execute go-to-market and launch plans, including product collateral, training, web presence, and promotional content. Partner with R&D and product line teams to influence roadmap decisions based on market feedback, competitor insights, and growth opportunities. Analyse product performance metrics (design-ins, revenue, share) and deliver forecasts and strategic insights to business leadership. Represent the product line at key customer meetings, industry events, and internal strategy reviews.
