Product Marketing Manager -

At Zoya product marketing manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of promotional campaigns for key products. This individual will have a keen understanding of the product’s target audience, and in-depth knowledge of relevant product features and customer benefit for the key product features.

 

Foster a deep understating of customers and market, and develop a clear GTM strategy that translates our product power into compelling content strategy that accelerates our product adoption and revenue growth. Marketing program guidance: In conjunction with the Product Manager, the Product Marketing Manager outlines the product positioning which articulates the value proposition. This is further detailed in the communication which links each feature to a customer-oriented benefit. Enable each Zoya product to have a product guide/booklet that can be shared with customers Marketing expert: In conjunction with the marketing communications team, the Product Marketing Manager’s goal is to bring awareness to your product through content such as social media, copywriting, and blogs/website. Supporting sales: Retail sales team convinces customers to buy your product; they generate market push. To do so effectively, retail team need great tools. For example, they often need good product catalogs, playbooks, product making content and photoshoot, a solid product presentation, and a compelling demonstration. A Product Marketing Manager knows what sales tools salespeople need to get their jobs done and what points to emphasize so that the sales pitch is more successful. Supporting After sales – Customers purchase value is very high at Zoya, hence the need to take care of the product. PMM role involves working very closely with the service team, and help build content that enables customer to understand maintenance and help build a lasting and meaningful relationship. Key Skills:
