Product Marketing Manager

Your Title: Product Marketing Manager, B2W/Civil Software Group

Location: Portsmouth, NH

If so, Trimble is looking for someone like you - an accomplished, creative and technically proficient Product Marketing Manager.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Head of Civil Software Product Marketing, you'll work cross-functionally to:

Gather quantitative external and internal market intelligence, maintaining a high level of Civil sector product expertise and field presence

Represent the 'voice of the customer' within our organization by conducting thorough customer research and understanding their journey from sale to implementation 

Lead the creation and delivery of differentiated product messaging

Develop and execute product go-to-market plans

Develop sales enablement materials, including internal and customer-facing sales presentations, playbooks, battle cars and datasheets; manage materials on Trimble's internal sales enablement hub (Seismic)

Manage and execute win/loss interviews and present findings

Assist Product Management with focus groups, usability and other market validation research

Research and understand industry, buying habits and competition for our portfolio

Identify customer references for industry and customer referrals

What You Should Bring

5+ years experience in product marketing, successfully launching products and growing market share.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to market analysis, segmentation and positioning.

Creative and analytical mindset, adept at translating insights into actionable marketing strategies; willingness to pitch ideas and test new approaches.

Ability to conduct interviews, onsite customer visits and tradeshow events

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

CRM experience (Salesforce.com a plus - reports and dashboards)

BS/BA degree required, preferably in marketing or business
