Product Marketing Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Market analysis and value story development

a) Work with Marketing Head to assess market landscape, identify customer unmet needs, monitor competitor dynamic, and prioritize growth opportunities

b) Develop customer segmentation, targeting segment and product value proposition

c) Develop product value story for critical stakeholders in buying process, including clinicians and hospital administrators

2) Marketing collateral and sales support

a) Develop/update collateral materials and sales tools, such as brochure, selling aids, etc.

b) Collaborate with Customer Success team to regularly update product FAQs and dispute handling tools

c) Manage/update bidding materials to support sales team on critical hospital tendering

3) External KOL programs

a) Support Marketing/GR leaders to collaborate with external KOLs and design research programs to validate and strengthen Wolters Kluwer’s value proposition

4) Internal collaboration

a) Collaborate with Marketing team members to ensure consistency of value messaging in marketing events, training & education, sales visits and digital platform

b) Support Customer Success team and Sales team to identify, select and manage KOL speakers, influence them to partner with Health division to improve product penetration in long-term manner

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Master degree or above in medical related disciplines, preferably in clinical medicine

At least 5 years work experience in healthcare sector

Experience in multinational corporation is a plus Clinical research background is highly preferred

Customer-oriented, deep thinker, strong analytical skills, and team player required
