Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth and market share for Healthspan Global's portfolio of brands. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our competitive position in the healthcare distribution market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for both new and existing products across our brand portfolio Create and manage annual marketing plans, including budget allocation and ROI tracking Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisionsProduct Launch and Management
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments Develop compelling value propositions and positioning for each product in our portfolio Manage the product lifecycle, including strategy for mature products and end-of-life planningSales Enablement
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and materials Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for product specialists on new and existing products Create and maintain sales enablement content, including product sheets, presentation decks, and competitive battle cardsBrand Management
Act as the primary liaison between Healthspan Global and our partner brands Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners to leverage co-marketing opportunitiesContent Creation and Management
Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including product descriptions, case studies, white papers, and promotional materials Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platformsPerformance Tracking and Optimization
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives Regularly analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize marketing strategies Provide monthly reports on marketing performance and ROI to senior managementCross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and product strategies Work closely with Head of Training to develop appropriate curriculum to allow our customers to master the usage of our products Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide marketing insights and recommendations
