Note: We work in a hybrid set-up at Showpad where we value in-person interaction and flexibility. That means we expect to see you in the office twice a week and in hub locations we come together at least once a month.
Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager will play an important role in helping shape Showpad’s messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams to lead product launches, develop content, and drive product adoption. You’ll contribute to building compelling messaging, creating enablement resources, and executing campaigns that help showcase the value of Showpad’s products to customers and prospects. This position will report to the Director of Product Marketing.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will:
Coordinate Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in launching new features and enhancements, helping optimize the release process. Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audiences. Content Development: Create targeted content for various channels, including presentations, website copy, social media, webinars, and sales enablement materials. Drive Adoption & Engagement: Work with customer marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaigns aimed at educating and engaging our customer base to drive adoption. Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales enablement team and go-to-market leaders to deliver resources that help sellers effectively communicate the value of our products. Performance Tracking: Track key metrics and gathering data-driven insights to help optimize product marketing strategies.What You’ll Bring:
3–5 years in product marketing, marketing, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment. Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand narratives. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product marketing initiatives. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and apply insights to improve outcomes. A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail. Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning new areas of the business and taking on new projects. A team player attitude, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share ideas and best practices. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.Company Highlights:
