Overview As the Product Marketing Manager at Beazer Homes, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies across Beazer’s competitive differences aimed at promoting energy-efficiency, floorplan choice and Mortgage Choice programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations, to ensure that our product offerings meet market needs and resonates with potential buyers. You will be instrumental in positioning Beazer as a leader in energy efficiency and educating customers on Beazer’s unique points of differentiation. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis: Analyze consumer preferences and market demand in the homebuilding category including (but not limited to) energy efficiency, design, customer experience and mortgage. Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and articulate clear value propositions for Beazer differentiators. Create targeted messaging that highlights the lifestyle benefits of energy efficiency across digital and onsite marketing channels. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Partner with cross functional teams to translate customer and category trends into customer-facing marketing solutions that bring Beazer’s value propositions to life. Design and implement marketing campaigns for product launches and community selling initiatives. Collaborate with marketing team to produce marketing materials such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and email. Sales Support: Partner with national training and sales teams to develop collateral that clearly communicates Beazer’s advantages and product differentiators. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies based on insights and market feedback. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Education & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product or brand marketing Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media, and analytics tools. Creative thinking and strategic mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
