Develop and accountable for the marketing strategy of a flight business within the country to meet established sales or market share targets.Implement marketing campaign through collaboration with multiple parties, including central marketing (channels, pricing, marketing-technology), product team, engineering, finance, data scientists, and creative team through campaign briefs development and execution. Take corrective actions when necessary to achieve objective.Monitoring the business performance closely and callouts abnormalities when needed, and coordinate multi-department effort for the achievement & improvements of our business goals.Make sure delivering Product-market-fit and provides feedback (be the customer voices to Product Team). Liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes.Collect, compile, verify and analyze customer acquisition data by channels as well as pricing and coupons effectiveness to identify opportunities for scaling up and optimization to meet the business growthsCollaborate with supply and pricing team to develop pricing strategy to balance top and bottom line optimal trade off.Responsible on P&L by maintaining records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product/service needs to be improved.Drive and manage prioritization of marketing initiativesManage, create, sponsor and lead projects including providing direction, briefs and guidance necessary to achieve the objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders and manage their expectations of the output's delivery. Know when to escalate and have a self-conscious understanding of what items to be updated / informed to the impacted parties / stakeholders, including their direct mentor/managers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Product Marketing, or Business Management - High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, presenting ideas with concise and strategic thinking.Understand go-to-market and route-to-market knowledge in product mix and channel marketing mix.Relevant 7-10 years working experience with minimum 3 years of managing people or team. Having especially in product marketing or travel marketing related is a plus point.A solid data analytical and problem-solving skill, strong in numbers and marketing analytics and customer centric approach in devising and managing commercial projects.Have previous experience in translating complex data findings into clear insights, with a knack for storytelling is a major plusHigh proficiency with data analysis and work via analytical tools such as Google Dashboard (GDS), Tableau and able to operate pivot and macro on number crunching tools.Mature and self-driven person, embracing challenges, and perseverance and resilience to failures.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done.Experience in working independently and hands-on marketer. Understanding of product is a must, able to follow brand guidelines and ensure correct brand implementation to event materials.Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize / effectively delegate tasks. Able to perform under pressure and stay on-track with key objectives.
