Position Description: Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive the adoption of our AI solutions in manufacturing and critical infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in shaping their market presence, creating compelling narratives, and empowering sales teams to articulate the unique value of our client's solutions. Responsibilities: + Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that position our client as a leader in AI-powered manufacturing solutions. Partner with product management, sales, and customer success to highlight ROI, differentiation, and competitive advantages in marketing strategies. + Market and Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive solutions from players like Cognex, Keyence, and Landing AI. Translate insights into actionable strategies to refine messaging, influence product roadmaps, and identify new opportunities. + Messaging, Content Creation, and Pricing Strategy: Craft compelling product briefs, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations that showcase our client's value proposition. Develop and refine pricing models to reflect market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer value. + Sales Enablement and Engagement: Create pitch decks, FAQs, demo scripts, and competitive comparison guides to support sales teams. Conduct training sessions to ensure consistent and effective communication of messaging, buyer personas, and industry-specific use cases. + Event and Conference Planning: Identify and manage our client's presence at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing materials and engagement strategies for events. + Campaign Execution and Demand Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns tailored to buyer journeys and product lifecycles. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights. + Performance Measurement and Optimization: Track KPIs such as content engagement, lead conversion rates, and sales velocity to assess the success of marketing initiatives. Use metrics to continuously refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications: + Experience: 4-6 years in product marketing, product management, or related B2B technology roles. Experience with AI, computer vision, or industrial automation is highly preferred. + Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, quality control processes, and critical infrastructure monitoring. + Technical Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in both modern techniques (SEO, SEM, marketing automation) and traditional methods (trade shows, in-person events). + Communication: Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into customer-centric narratives. + Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making skills to refine marketing strategies and measure success. + Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority. + Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
