Product Marketing Manager - Pega Customer Decision Hub

Seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on product marketing for the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). This role is critical for driving awareness, adoption, and growth of Pega’s CDH solution in the market. The ideal candidate will blend a strategic, insights-driven approach with hands-on marketing execution, ensuring that Pega’s CDH messaging aligns with business needs and resonates with key customer segments.

 

 

What You'll Do at Pega: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs for marketing, business and marketing technology personas.Refine  product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure differentiation and alignment with target audience priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with product roadmap and business objectives.Create and maintain sales enablement assets, pitch decks, competitor analyses, and case studies.Conduct training sessions for the sales and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging and product understanding.  Collaborate cross-functionally with our Pega Academy team to develop persona + product based courses.Partner with content and digital marketing teams to optimize content for SEO and social media engagement.Leverage customer insights to improve product positioning, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategy.Collaborate with the demand generation team to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

 

Who You Are:

Candidates shall possess the following:

What You've Accomplished: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, customer decisioning, or marketing automation solutions.Strong knowledge of marketing technology, CRM, customer journey orchestration, or similar technologies.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign metrics and ROI analysis.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
