Are you a savvy marketer with a passion for driving sales and building brands? Do you have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement and marketing campaigns? If so, MatrixCare has an exciting opportunity for you!  We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us take our solutions to the next level.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strategic, upstream marketing. Your focus will be defining our product strategy, crafting compelling messaging, and developing go-to-market positioning that will drive growth and increase market share. You will also maintain competitive analysis and value prop. Responsibilities:

Work closely with product leadership and product managers as they develop the roadmap to identify key value drivers that have Go-To-Market (GTM) implications.

Build and deliver external marketing communications across channels.

Research and maintain competitive product marketing.

Create internal and external solution messaging and content bringing clarity and conciseness to the value prop, return on investment, and user story/case study of benefits

Create compelling marketing collateral that simplifies a complex topic while driving broad awareness and interest.

Research and bring awareness to industry trends and industry challenges and incorporate these into messaging

Run MatrixCare customer research and industry research to identify insights and opportunities and work closely with Customer Experience to monitor product feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Proactively collaborate across all marketing teams including demand generation, brand, corporate communications, digital marketing and beyond.

Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.

Annual budgeting for product launches/maintenance, research, growth initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Become an advocate for the MatrixCare Senior Living and Long-Term Care business vertical to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.

Partner with product and sales operations to build and maintain

Sales enablement - customer/prospect materials/presentations/messaging for newly available solutions.

Internal staff onboarding/value selling training tools.

A knowledge base of materials and overall presentation of our value prop across the MatrixCare Senior Living and Long-Term Care business.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business preferred.

5+ years of experience in product marketing.

Fantastic, compelling storytelling skills and ability to articulate technical issues and data to business values and return on investment.

Excellence in healthcare business acumen. Senior residential care industry preferred.

Proven success developing and executing go to market (GTM) plans for SaaS in HealthTech

Proven ability to create senior management-level presentations.

An understanding of product strategy with the ability to translate into meaningful required actions and results. 

Experience working with product, marketing, and sales teams and the ability to translate from external customers/prospects to these teams (and vice versa).

Proven ability to define and analyze data to define and target high propensity customer segments.

Define and present innovative ideas to the product team and use influencing skills to gain buy-in to support your big ideas.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

91,000.00 - 136,000.00 USD Annual
