Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As the product evangelist, you will be critical in bridging product strategy with tactical execution to drive successful sales and marketing results. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, you will translate technical roadmaps into compelling product positioning and value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company’s vision and values Product Launch: Plan and execute product launch activities to support sales, marketing, and go-to-market efforts Marketing Collaboration: Work with the Marketing and Category Management teams to create comprehensive marketing plans for the product portfolio Content Creation: Craft compelling product messaging and develop marketing collateral, including data sheets, white papers, battle cards, and other materials Pricing Strategy: Develop product portfolio pricing and discount structures for global markets, utilizing financial modeling and projections Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry and marketing events through public speaking and content development Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive research on functionalities, market share, business structures, pricing, market timing, and relevant industry standards Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales channels to provide enablement and training, enhancing their ability to sell effectively Executive Reporting: Support quarterly business reviews with executive management, providing insights and recommendations Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer, stakeholder, and internal team feedback to refine strategies Advisory Support: Assist in organizing customer advisory board sessions, focusing on content and strategic direction
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product marketing or market-facing roles Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing technologies such as cloud platforms, mobile applications, and vision systems CRM and Agile Experience: Proficient with CRM tools and familiar with Agile methodologies Communication Skills: Superior communicator with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to build consensus Writing Skills: Persuasive writer capable of defining a product’s vision and market requirements Analytical Ability: Skilled in conducting in-depth product and competitive analyses Decision-Making: Ability to make strategic decisions that deliver the greatest value Relationship Management: Experience managing relationships with executive and technical teams Industry Knowledge: Experience with brand protection and pharmaceutical or consumer goods serialization is a plus
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with networking tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms
