Product Marketing Program VP

About the Role:

Responsible for growing a portfolio of products within the Partner Solutions division. The evolving portfolio wallet products. This role will drive strategy, commercialization, execution, and performance.

What You Will Do:

Be the undisputed expert and thought leader for each respective product. Owns the overall product strategy, communicated through the product roadmap. Partners with cross functional teams for tactical execution of the product strategy. Owns product performance across all aspects of the product line (onboarding, compliance, oversight, etc.). Delivers commercialized and scalable products. Drives revenue by developing new products and functionality. Expands use cases for existing products. Collaborates with partners and partner-facing teams to understand needs and develop corresponding solutions. Owns, drives, and reports on product KPIs and KRIs. Advocate for initiatives that impact these.  Partners with internal areas to perform market research and discovery.  Manages the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations. Drives the go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements, working with various internal departments to execute. Owns product specific risks and associated controls. Manages product P/L. Support forecasting and annual budget planning. Develops industry expertise by attending industry events, consuming industry research, and analyzing the competitive landscape. Owns strategic relationships with key third party partners. Recommend new relationships as needed. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred  Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred

Salary range: $124,214.20 – $229,404.01

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
