As a GE Appliances’ Product Marketing Senior Manager – Kitchen Clean-up, you’ll drive category growth and brand engagement. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Pricing, Brand, Connected, DTC, and Sales teams to shape and execute the commercial growth strategy. The Product Marketing Senior Manager is a proactive leader who generates excitement around the category, influences key stakeholders, and ensures flawless execution of strategic initiatives.

**How You'll Create Possibilities**
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
**Creative Content Creation:**
+ Lead the creative development, messaging, and commercial content strategy for Dishwasher products.
+ Develop and implement merchandising programs, including in-store displays, field communications, and promotional planners across all distribution channels.
+ Own the commercialization planning for new product introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless execution for field sales teams.
+ Collaborate with Product Management to shape product strategies that drive growth.
+ Manage NPI checklist activities, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets on time.
**Commercial Initiative Leadership**
+ Lead product line reviews, customer presentations, and similar initiatives for the microenterprise, in partnership with the sales team.
+ Collaborate on strategic commercial initiatives to drive long-term growth, including leadership reviews.
+ Collaborate with marketing, brand, sales, insights, training and other commercial teams to drive clear and consistent communications across the commercial organization.
**Competitive Intelligence & Brand:**
+ Monitor competitive landscape to enable agile decision-making and pricing/share optimization.
+ Maintain up-to-date competitive pricing and product tracking files.
+ Serve as the team expert on the House of Brands strategy, ensuring seamless integration into commercial launch processes.
**Digital & DTC Marketing:**
+ Drive digital engagement and connection rates for Kitchen Clean-up products, leveraging data insights to tailor messaging and offerings.
+ Execute and evolve the strategy to increase Kitchen Clean-up software and accessory sales.
+ Lead development of content for eCommerce and DTC and work with internal teams for successful execution.
+ Own and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners such as P&G.

+ Deep Knowledge and Specialization: Possesses extensive and specialized knowledge of the job area, acquired through advanced education and significant experience, often recognized as a specialist within the discipline.
+ Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn design or product line specific programs.
**Preferred Competencies**
+ Working knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop, Salsify, Salesforce, or other creative design suite products
**Educational and Experiential Background**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial roles, such as sales, marketing, pricing, or operations.
**Preferred Education/Experience**
+ Experience driving growth in Commercial roles, developing and executing Digital strategies (e.g., eCommerce, Direct to Consumer, Digital Marketing, Software Sales/Marketing ) or with data-driven marketing preferred.
**Working Conditions & Travel Requirements**
+ Working conditions are typical for an office environment.
+ 15-25% ongoing travel for trades shows, customer meetings, etc. as business needs demand.
