Position Summary
Drive product success by leading go-to-market strategies, market analysis, and promotional planning.Collaborate cross-functionally to shape positioning, analyze GfK and retail data, manage product launches, support supply chain alignment, and execute campaigns that increase sell-through and market share.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [GTM management] Plan and execute product launches in coordination with HQ, Sales, and Marcom & Channel teams. .
2. [Market Research]: Analyze GFK data & related resources to uncover trends, opportunities
3. [PSI management]: Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support timely execution of product launches and promotions.
4. [Sales enablement]: Create and maintain sales tools to drive product visibilities, increase sell-through, and support business objective.
Skills and Qualifications
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
