Your role and responsibilities

Working within the Product marketing area in Motion, you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy. In this role you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.The work model for the role is onsite.You will be mainly accountable for:•Implementing the assigned area/segment product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.•Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team•Supporting sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them and maintaining proper pricing and offering tools and price lists•Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You have at least 3 years of relevant technical experience and knowledge of electrical motors, drives or similar equipmentEngineering university degree or similarExperience with ERP systems will be considered as an advantageExcellent computer skills - MS Office package (especially Excel), OutlookYou are at ease communicating in English verbal and writtenYou are passionate about collaboration and solution-focused approach Highly skilled in data analytics and show proactive attitude
