About QuidelOrtho Italy
The Milan office is the strategic hub of QuidelOrtho Italia, driving our corporate initiatives in the country. Our Italian team consists of approximately 70 professionals: 30% are based in the Milan office, covering functions such as Finance, QRC, Marketing, People & Culture, IT, General Services, Sales, Administration, and Tenders. The remaining 70% operate throughout Italy in roles like Account Managers, Field Engineers, and Laboratory Specialists, supporting our customers with both commercial and technical expertise.

Your New Role
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all marketing activities related to Clinical Laboratory (Clin Lab) products. Your focus will be to ensure optimal product positioning in the Italian market, aligning with business policies, objectives, and budget guidelines.
Location: Candidates must be based in a location that allows for convenient travel to the Milan office, ensuring regular in-person collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
Market Positioning & Sales Support: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning and help the Sales team target and win key customers.
Customer Engagement: Explain and demonstrate Ortho solutions to potential clients, accompanying the Sales team on customer visits.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct local market and competitor research to support medium- and long-term sales strategies.
Technical Support: Assist Laboratory Specialists with complex product-related issues and customer queries.
Training & Product Updates: Prepare and deliver product updates and training for Sales and Ortho Care teams.
Product Validation & Testing: Oversee or coordinate testing and validation of new products at the country level.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Business, or Marketing.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field, with expertise in Clinical Laboratory or Donor Screening markets would be ideal.

Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
