Your role and responsibilities

s a valuable member of our product marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing captivating marketing campaigns and materials. Your contributions will be felt worldwide as you collaborate closely with communication, sales, and product management teams in a truly global environment. You will drive and implement product marketing activities for the assigned product(s) in line with the agreed plan, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-Hybrid The role is contributing to the Motion / IEC LV Motors globally. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCreative and Digital Marketing: Ideating and crafting compelling marketing materials, leading website design and updates, utilizing expertise in content management systems and Adobe tools, as well as collaborating with experienced professionals to foster skills and career growth.•\tStrategic Marketing and Implementation: Collaborating with management to define and implement strategic marketing plans, supporting business units, and executing annual marketing plans in collaboration with relevant divisions or product groups.•\tMarket Analysis and Trend Monitoring: Collecting and analyzing market and competitor data, monitoring market trends, and recommending improvements to marketing strategies to meet changing landscapes.•\tProduct Marketing and Support: Implementing product marketing strategies, defining and communicating product value propositions, supporting sales teams with relevant materials and guidance, as well as promoting segment, product, and tool knowledge.

Qualifications for the role

-2 years of experience with product marketing activities\tUniversity degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field.\tExperience of creating presentations or other marketing materials is a must have.\tKnowledge or experience in website content management systems and Adobe tools (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop) or Power BI is a definite plus.\tPassion for building strong relationships and working in a collaborative team setting.\tAbility to communicate with a wide range of different stakeholders across all levels.\tSelf-driven and proactive working methods with can do attitude.\tCustomer-oriented mindset, always striving to deliver the best possible experience to our clients.\tFluent English language skills.
