Position Overview CAD/CAM Product Manager for DS Core and Blocks plays a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and sales of these cutting-edge digital dentistry solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong expertise in digital dentistry, marketing strategy, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global and local teams. Key Responsibilities 1.Strategic Marketing & Planning - Develop and execute the marketing strategy for DS Core and DS Blocks, aligned with Dentsply Sirona Japan's overall business objectives. - Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning in Japan's digital dentistry space. - Create and manage the annual marketing budget for DS Core and DS Blocks (including 3rd party). 2. Product Launch & Campaign Management - Plan and execute product launches for DS Core and DS Blocks in the Japanese market, ensuring successful positioning and customer engagement. - Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, leveraging digital and traditional channels to drive product awareness and adoption. - Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted promotional strategies and tools to support sales efforts. 3. Digital Marketing & Communication - Drive digital engagement strategies, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and webinars, to promote DS Core and DS Blocks. - Work closely with the global marketing team to localize marketing materials and campaigns for the Japanese audience. - Manage customer touchpoints to ensure a consistent and compelling message across all platforms. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with the sales, clinical, and technical teams to support customer education and training initiatives. - Work closely with distributors and partners to ensure effective go-to-market strategies. - Serve as the primary liaison with the global marketing and product development teams for feedback and alignment. 5. Performance Analysis - Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, using data to refine strategies for continuous improvement. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer engagement, sales growth, and market share.
