About the role
The Product Manager II will collaborate with other members of the team to create value and release products that support various market segments, with online, xml and/or batch delivery. This individual has a passion for developing new ideas, gathering, evaluating, and understanding customer use-cases through close and appropriately conducted contact with customers, as well as an analytical mindset required to track, measure, and produce lift in the product set they own.
A top candidate will be curious by nature, and not only demonstrate the ability to execute product vision and roadmap plans through the entire product lifecycle but also possess a strong desire to 'build the best mousetrap,' and empirically validate ideas and hypothesis with customers on a regular basis. They are a proactive 'go-getter' who can work diligently and independently.
Responsibilities
Interacts frequently with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and market while seeking to create value through new products or enhancements.
Leverages metrics and analytics to gain insight into customer behaviors that will inspire product improvements and positively impact those metrics.
Drives execution of a product roadmap for a product/feature area and execute on go to market release plans.
Collaborate with internal business partners to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the broader product experience and use this knowledge to develop comprehensive prototypes, experiments, and other forms of discovery.

Requirements
3-6 years of Product Management experience or in a related field whereas data products are developed/improved in a systematic and customer-centric manner.
The ability, experience, and eagerness to engage with customers to validate ideas and assumptions (customer discovery)
Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a medium sized or above corporate environment where many diverse departments exist
LEAN/Agile/Kanban as well as JIRA familiarity preferred.
