Title: Associate, Product Operations

Role Description:
At Oak Street Health, we are building the industry-leading clinical operations and population health platform to support the delivery of high quality care to the Medicare population. As the Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the new Product Operations Team that will help Oak Street realize the full potential of the products it's building. You will support the team by conducting and analyzing user research and gathering quantitative product data. Your work will help the team work more efficiently and effectively while ensuring users get the most out of Oak Street products. You will set priorities for projects that include the successful execution of new product rollouts and implementations, while synthesizing ongoing customer feedback from users and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines experience supporting the use of consumer-grade software products for clinical users with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. As part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to think creatively and help build new processes to ensure you are filling the highest value needs of the product organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Product Launch and Training: Execute on a standard playbook for product launches, including launch-related activities, training, and full scale rollouts.
Collaborate with product owners for the planning for Alpha & Beta tests by identifying and coordinating with potential participants and soliciting feedback throughout the beta period.
Develop materials (e.g., written, audio/visual, in-product tours) to aid in the launch of new products. Coordinate delivery of user training and 'train the trainer' sessions for new launches and new hires.
Customer Feedback Management: Support processes for ongoing engagement with users on existing products, while coordinating with Product Managers on incorporating user feedback into future roadmaps.
Execute standard process for communicating product enhancements & bug resolutions to users through release notes and/or other strategies.
Update roadmap portals accessible to all OSH staff, with curated content to give insight into future development.
Monitor user feedback collected through roadmap portals.

Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of experience in customer success, product marketing, or healthcare consulting
US work authorization
