About the team

WorldPay is undergoing a big growth transformation and pivot to product-led growth. The Product Operations team is a highly visible, cross-functional, and strategic team, charged with transforming the Product organisation to enable this shift.

About the role

Worldpay is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product Operations team. This hybrid role, based in our London office, will be pivotal in driving how Worldpay sets product strategy, plans product development work, and measures performance against product goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and have experience working in an operational, cross-functional role. S/He should be comfortable communicating and collaborating with senior stakeholders, and will work closely with all members of the Product Leadership Team at WorldPay.

What you’ll own 

Run the company-wide product strategy and planning process, partnering with the Product Leadership Team to ensure strategy and roadmaps are well-articulated and link closely to the company’s strategy

Facilitate a strong operating model across Product and Engineering to ensure there is a clear link between Why things are being built, What is being built, and How they are being resourced / built

Work with Product teams to ensure roadmap tooling reflects the product work being delivered

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to create internal and external-facing roadmaps for different audiences

Support ad-hoc analyses

This role is hybrid, based in our London Walbrook office

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 2 years' experience in product operations, product management, or an operational role that worked closely with product and engineering teams required

Strong project management skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior leaders

Not afraid to speak up and embodies obligation to dissent

A can-do attitude and excited to learn about the world of Product at Worldpay

Attention to detail, self-starter and self-driven

Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment

Fluent with numbers, Excel-based analysis, and analytical problem solving
