**Our headquarters is located in the Warsaw UNIT building in Warsaw, at Rondo Ignacy Daszyńskiego 1.**
**The Product Operations Analyst will play a fundamental role in the roll-out of a Commercial Real Estate Transaction Management Platform across multiple countries in Continental Europe.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
•Product Discovery & Planning (20% of the work)
•Supporting Discovery sessions to verify product-market fit.
•Coordinating key activities with business users located in different countries (schedule, document and follow-up).
•Collecting feedback and translate it into product backlog items.
•Product Roll-out (40% of the work)
•Managing setup of new environments with Dev & DevOps team and CRM teams.
•Preparing content with the countries: translations, email templates, initial data mapping.
•Preparation of training strategy for users/ User Training
•UAT testing: scheduling, conducting sessions, managing user feedback, debugging with dev team
•After roll-out (40% of the work)
•Hypercare for onboarding first projects, performing dry-runs
•Solving issues raised by users
•Collecting user´s feedback
**OUR REQUIREMENTS:**
•Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification or equivalent experience, with strong customer advocacy/technology management background.
•1-2 years’ experience in at least one of the following: business/data analysis, project management, product management, program management or technology development.
•Basic experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
•Basic Experience in supporting product operations and managing business requirements.
•Experience with backlog creation and management.
•Technical competency – able to understand and participate in engineering decisions
