Product Operations Co-op This is a full-time co-op for the duration of the summer semester - this will be a hybrid position located in Cincinnati. There will be mostly work from home options, along with meetings at the Cincinnati HQ during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm). Paycor empowers leaders to develop winning teams. Job Summary The Product Operations Co-op will support Paycor and its customers by building in-app messaging crucial for our client lifecycle and reporting on their outcomes via established success metrics. The Product Operations Co-op will be responsible for the planning, review, and completion of in-app communications (messages delivered inside our software/product directly to our customers and associates) utilizing our analytics and guidance platform Pendo. The Product Operations Co-op will assist our Product & Technology and Product Marketing teams by completing request intake, follow-up, message drafting, testing the message in a lower product environment, and receiving approval from the original requesting team. Note this is not a technical role requiring coding or development experience but instead will utilize a point-and-click interface to build in-app messages. This role will also be accountable for providing updates to leadership and product management on messaging regarding guide success metrics and impact, plus any other time needed. This role will be wholly focused on the planning, execution, and optimization of in-app messaging to meet objectives and help our customers navigate the product. The Product Operations Co-op will need to be highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to self-manage projects and work cross-functionally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create in-app messaging via our guidance platform (Pendo) based on intake requests and work with requesting team(s) to get approval and test message before publishing to Production Work closely with Marketing and Product on alignment of priorities and execute on them accordingly Provide excellent collaboration and communication to functional managers within Product & Technology organization to adopt and champion our analytics and guidance platform, Pendo Day to day project management activities of your own work to execute consistently, on-time, with high quality and results Collect, analyze, and share qualitative and quantitative data regarding message success Self-manage backlog of requests and work with team to prioritize based on business objectives Requirements We know the right candidate may not meet all requirements. Full-time student working towards a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Marketing, or another similar major Comfortability working with technology/software to accomplish tasks and learns new technology quickly Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office suite of products Strong organizational, communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to juggle multiple complex projects and capable of conforming to shifting priorities and resolving prioritization conflicts Experience with SaaS, B2B or Product preferred 1+ previous co-op or internship experience in a business analyst position or similar preferred Paycor Total Rewards We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be $18.00-$22.50 hourly.
