In this role, you will be the key operational leader connecting sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment. Your mission? Ensure seamless, timely delivery of key product features while maintaining alignment across all groups./lili Be the go-to contact for sales and product teams. Lead weekly updates on customer success and sales operations, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned./lili Manage the review and approval process for Statements of Work (SOW), RFP and client due diligence processes, coordinating with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth progression of client engagements. /lili Create and manage dashboards to track vital metrics, such as client engagement, sales performance, and project timelines. Leverage data insights to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement./lili Continuously seek opportunities to enhance workflows, boosting speed, accuracy, and communication across sales and the broader communication pipeline./lili Proactively identify and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.
