**Job Summary:**
We seek an experienced and organized Sales Product Operations Lead for
BQuant Enterprise. In this role, you will be the key operational leader
connecting sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth delivery and
alignment. You’ll drive efficiency, streamline processes, and apply data to
support strategic product execution. If you enjoy optimizing workflows and

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as thecentral link between BQuant sales, technical teams, and engineering. Yourmission? Ensure seamless, timely delivery of key product features whilemaintaining alignment across all groups.
+ Be the go-to contact forsales and product teams. Lead weekly updates on customer success and salesoperations, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.
+ Managethe review and approval process for Statements of Work (SOW), RFP and clientdue diligence processes, coordinating with engineering and product teams toensure smooth progression of client engagements.
+ Create andmanage dashboards to track vital metrics, such as client engagement, salesperformance, and project timelines. Leverage data insights to drive strategicdecisions and continuous improvement.
+ Continuously seekopportunities to enhance workflows, boosting speed, accuracy, and communicationacross sales and the broader communication pipeline.
+ Proactively identify andmanage operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal and externalguidelines. Implement measures to mitigate risks and strengthen resilience.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ A bachelor's degree in business, finance,operations, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in sales or productoperations or business intelligence, focusing on cross-functional collaborationand process optimization.
+ Strong skills in data analysis and reportingtools (e.g., SQL, Splunk, Tableau, PowerBI).
+ Experience driving successful outcomes withsales, project management, and technical teams.
+ Excellent leadership, organizational, andinterpersonal skills with a talent for influencing cross-functional teams.
+ Strategic problem solver with the ability tobalance long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
**Nice to Have:**
+ Experience in the financial data or quantitativefinance space.
+ Knowledge of Python.
