Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Work with the Product Manager and Director to manage and deliver on digital gaming projects, product operations and product analysis and reportingOnline Casino Game Management, including addition of new games into the platform as they come out, placement and organization of game tiles within the app to ensure optimal performance of gamesMaintain update in-app FAQ & Knowledgebase articles, changes to policy pages, and promotional pages, within the productsCoordinate with our Online Marketing team to assist in the execution of promotions and sweepstakes, including distribution of funds to customers, promo code creationAct as first point of escalation for our platform providers on any issues requiring attentionEffectively communicate project expectations and requirements to team members, third parties, partners, and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionManage and develop relationships across multiple departments within the companyCoordinate tasks with appropriate personnel, both internal and externalLiaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and manage day-to-day operational the various iGaming productsEnsure game content roadmap and project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyDevelop full scale project plans, business requests and functional requirements documentsConstantly monitor and report on progress of the projects and product to all stakeholdersConfigure and maintain iGaming portals for optimal performance using available data to drive decision makingConduct regular competitor analysis and maintain marketplace awarenessExtract and produce ad-hoc business intelligence within digital gaming marketMaintain the integrity, performance, and compliance of digital gaming products within regulated territories

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical fieldExperience working with product and project management applicationsAbility to create and manage Gantt Charts as well as other similar project management toolsExperience working with online UI, wireframe and mock-up applications preferredIntermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointMust understand online project development and management methodologiesDetail-orientated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated proven success within a previous role and the ability to work under pressure in a result driven positionExceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsBe able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethicPassion for providing the market leading iGaming and Sports betting experience to customers

Office work environmentMust be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of timeMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours with occasional travel required
