We're currently looking for forward thinking & smart students to join our office in Chicago, IL, in the Product Operations group. Our Group is involved in various aspects of the product life cycle; from defining the products to end of life of the product and all in between. As an intern, you will be a member of the Product Operations/Technical Sales team in the Go To Market Organization. The role serves as an Engineer who is responsible for competitive analysis for cell phones, AI user experience in the phone, and researching new features for our apps. Intern will be handling testing, and usability of our new state of the art mobile phones.
This internship is an important customer-facing role that has a direct interface with technical teams internally and with customers several times per week. Local travel will be required. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, software integration, packaging, and carrier account teams to align with the global strategy of the product.
Responsibilities:
Product definition, design, development, execution and post launch management. Product strategy: Data mining, competitive product analysis & research. Product Testing: Different types of industrial testing and methods used in certifications. Product Innovations: How AI & Machine learning is changing every aspect of Product experience. Learning of Processes & Various Tools used in industries.Basic Requirements:
Currently pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering or related field Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL Familiar with Android operating systemPreferred Requirements:
Basic Knowledge of system design, system engineering, machine learning & AI Basic Programming knowledge and skills using C/C++/Java/scripting languages. Deep understanding of Cell phone features, Market research & Competitive analysisThe base salary range budgeted for this position is $29 - $39/hour. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
