Job Description We are looking for subassembly level Quality Inspector to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This individual will be conducting visual, parametrial inspections on assembled material that contains PCA (Printed circuit board assembly), metal frames, harnesses and thermal components to accept the assembly to proceed next manufacturing step. This role includes accessing a production management data system to refer work instructions and record the inspection results. The role is very important to ensure quality of our products within a short production lead time. Inspection on assembled items in our production: oQuality inspections on PCA based modules consists of electrical components, metal frames, harnesses, Thermal units. oFollowing inspection instructions made by line lead. oAccessing production data tool to refer the instructions and record your inspection results correctly. oUnderstand standard processes that you are assigned to follow them. oWorking in the production floor where always wearing ESD controlled coat and ESD strips not to damage ESD sensitive materials. oTake training assigned by line leader oFollows 5S, ESD control policy Salary 50k-55k We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Knowledge of IPC--610 standard equivalent Understand material drawing (mechanical/electrical) call outs and requirements Knowledge in PCA, Wire harness assembly production is preferred.
