What You'll Do
As a Product Owner, you will be an integral part of the CRM Engineering and Transformation Office team. Your role will involve defining, articulating, and prioritizing the vital work to drive design across various products and teams, ensuring that we build the best possible solutions most efficiently. You will work with innovative technologies and microservices in a dynamic, agile environment. Additionally, the entire product life cycle, which includes requirement analysis, architectural design, code implementation, functional and performance testing, deployment, and ongoing support will be included in your scope. Collaborating with a small scrum team, you will employ agile development practices to deliver on these objectives successfully.

As a trusted partner collaborating closely with key decision-makers, you will lead process improvement initiatives and explore alternative processes to establish standard methodologies. Effective cross-collaboration will be essential in developing a strategy to scale these operations across our team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team and partners. Develop a product roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business value and customer feedback, ensuring items are ready for sprint planning. Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria. Act as the primary contact for business partners, capturing requirements and providing regular updates on progress. Support testing strategies and assist in the Go/No-Go decision. Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and priorities. Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Continuously gather feedback to enhance the product and monitor performance metrics for improvement.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent or an MBA Minimum 8+ years of product management and/or business analyst experience in SaaS offerings, to include Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations Demonstrated experience using project/product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha, Confluence)Preferred Qualifications
Experience using dashboards/BI tools such as Tableau to build detailed reports and give presentations Salesforce certification(s) Scrum Master certification Ability to think critically and analytically Ability to influence decision makers and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
