Product Owner, FSM Mobile

As Product Owner, FSM Mobile, you will own the mobile experience of our FSM users. You will take strong ownership of the current setup and be responsible of the future direction of the FSM Mobile. You will enable the acceleration of the FSM deployments from the FSM mobile solution perspective and thus contribute significantly to the Accelerate Digital strategic shift. Furthermore, to enable the strategy, you are expected to drive the coming mobile technology renewal and way-of-working and participate to transformation in Technician Experience -program.

As Product Owner, you are an expert in field service process, and drive the design, development and operations of products with relentless focus on business and customer value, service quality & competitiveness. Product Owner will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify, shape and continuously prioritize business outcomes delivered through products throughout their lifecycle.

When developing new services, Product Owner will ensure that the business needs are implemented in the most efficient way, in line with the product roadmaps, and applying agile principles. This role also includes taking a lifecycle view of the products following the performance of deployed products, and plan corrective and improvement actions.

You work in close collaboration with the Service business line and service operations function globally, in the Areas and Front Lines. You are also working closely together with the rest of the IT team, global business process owners and key users.

The position is based in Pune or Chennai, India and you will report to Product Manager, Field Service Management within the Commercial & Operations Solutions in KONE IT.

Main responsibilities

Own the solution design for FSM Mobile, understand the field service process in detail as well as the interdependencies with other processes and integrated solutions – short term and long termEnsure that FSM mobile meets the Service business line, Area, Front Line, technician and customer expectations in terms of usability, performance and availabilityTurn business requirements to functional concept, design, and specification, i.e. specify how users will be using FSM Mobile to support the execution of the processes.Manage design, development, testing, user acceptance testing and overall quality to final solutionLead the team and work together with diverse and agile team of of KONE, Salesforce and subcontractor professionals to ensure successful development and deployment Work in close collaboration with the stakeholders from global Service business, Areas and Front Lines to influence, collect, prioritize and manage business demand for FSM MobileWork with data and application architectural and configuration compliance with other team membersFacilitate agile ways of working and plan, bring clarity and manage efficiently & transparently the backlog.Define, convert and lead the new operating model for FSM mobile developmentLead the work of defining the FSM mobile technology change and future strategy

To be successful in this role you have

Experience in Product Management e.g. in a role of a Product OwnerMinimum of 5 years of experience in working with IT development incl. IT processes, tools, technologies, data models and integrationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Management or similar solutions used in service operations or field serviceExperience in mobile technologies and mobile toolsSalesforce Admin certificate in Salesforce tech is a plusExperience in IT governance and financial managementBasic business process modelling skillsExperience in applying and facilitating agile ways of working in global environment with several business lines and stakeholders.Strong willingness to drive items and continuous improvement forward with friendly and respectful ways of working  Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional designExperience in working in international environment with stakeholders and teams distributed globally.
