Product Owner, Human Capital Analyzer Suite

What the day will look like
Solution Development:
+ Collaborating with users and clients to understand needs and turn these into requirements
+ Defining a cohesive vision for the product
+ Creating the roadmap based on the vision (which resonates with both business leaders owning the P&L and the technical team in the forum of coding/programming requirements. The business roadmap feeds the tech roadmap).
+ Overseeing all stages of development and partnering with technical product owners
Consulting/Growth:
+ Responsive for go to market and sales plan (evolving idea from test, validate and then sale at scale)
+ Jointly responsible with technical owner for revenue growth of product
+ Responsible for sales support and sales material/training for AEs and producers to execute go-to-market
+ Manages revenue pipeline and contracting with support from legal/finance
Thought leadership and market-facing:
+ Ability to understand client's human capital needs in key Aon markets and regions
+ Passion for implementing change through consulting
+ Creditable and passionate representative of Aon in the media and at industry functions
+ Connections to and networking with market peers – carrier and vendor CMO community)
+ Responsible for marketing material and external portrayal of the Human Capital Analyzers
Collaboration and teamwork:
+ Create effective collaboration and communication with AEs and producers
+ Lead through influence and work productively in a team
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Proven track record of assessing user need and market situation and converting into a product vision
+ Ability to build out product roadmap, in coordination with stakeholders and technical teams, and execute based on product vision
+ Experience building and delivering comprehensive go-to-market strategies for delivering product to users
+ Ability to deliver product roadmap against business KPIs (revenue, utilization, NPS, expense reduction) and adapt as needed
+ Expert knowledge in digital product management, ideally in Health and HR product suites
+ Ability to develop and influence stakeholders at executive level
+ Performance-driven while also having an investment mindset
+ Proven ability to deliver product/solution innovations
+ Motivates and inspires others, creating an environment for continuous learning and connection
