user-focused, innovative, and intuitive. The Product Owner, IFS Crew Assist
will be part of a team that dreams up the next big idea to support Delta’s
ambition to become a customer-centric, customer experience-driven company.
Responsibilities:
+ End-to-endproduct ownership duties including understanding the business problem,identifying stakeholder needs, and developing optimal solutions
+ Understandingthe business and technology vision and translate it into strategy andrequirements so that products meet the business’s needs
+ Identifyopportunities to improve business processes and propose potential action plans
+ Supportthe modernization of IFS Crew Assist applications that are dependent on crewprofile data and information
+ Prepareinternal communications that include ad hoc reports, executive summaries, andformal presentations to senior leaders
+ Developsubject matter expertise of both the Flight Attendant digital experience bothas a working crew member and non-working crew member and the Moderator teamthat supports the Flight Attendants to translate into optimal design anddevelopment
+ Leadsessions to collaborate with Flight Attendants and/or the Crew Assist Moderatorsto define the business requirements to meet the Application needs for the CrewAssist App.
+ Implementconfiguration tasks per agreed upon design specifications.
+ Facilitatekey meetings with Developers, Crew Assist Leaders (Moderators) and FAs such asrequirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing or end usertraining.
+ Assistwith the identification and analysis of bug fixes/ issues.
+ Buildand maintain an executable product roadmap that balances business value,funding, cross-initiative dependencies, and development complexity that guidescurrent and future development
+ Leadphases of project management, including requirements gathering, developmentprioritization, and implementation of strategies
+ Prioritizeproduct backlog, projects, and initiatives across multiple stakeholder groupsso that IT is working on the right things
+ Writefunctional user stories and acceptance criteria that enable a smooth handoff todevelopment
+ Participatein Agile ceremonies with development teams to provide direction and driveprogress
+ ModelDelta's Rules of the Road and core values
+ Practicesafety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
+ Participatein defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans.
+ CreateFA JobAids for the Application.
+ Playan integral role in engagement, communication, change management, feedbackloops, and overall leadership visibility across the IFS Crew Assist App.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Provenexperience as a Product Owner (or similar role), in a dynamic agile environment
+ Demonstratedinitiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Proficiencyin written and oral communications and ability to produce concise, relevant,documents and presentations.
+ Curiousmindset, willing to ask “why” until root causes of use cases are identified.
+ Mustbe performing satisfactorily in present position.
+ Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Experiencein creation and design, or management of technology systems.
+ Priorexperience as an agile product manager/owner preferred.
+ SalesforceAdministrator Certification. Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonalcommunication skills.
+ Strongknowledge of Delta Flight Attendant Job Functionality/Role.
