Position Overview:
The Data Modern Delivery team provides project implementations and changes to Single-Family Shared Information Assets (SIAs) and data services ensuring alignment with Single-Family Data Strategy and Future State Data Architecture! The Product Owner develops and drives the product vision and strategy, in partnership with business drivers/sponsors, as one of the closest people in the business to the customer, providing constant feedback to the team and helping to set and drive toward the vision.

Manager role, you will handle and lead the Servicing product team under the Data & Decision - Data Modern Delivery team within the Single-Family line of business helping to transform the way in which Freddie Mac does business.Set clear product vision and communicate ‘the story’ optimally to key partners and the rest of the teamOwn the end-to-end product strategy from inception and determine business value once solution enters productionEnsure alignment of product features and stories, i.e., review, give feedback, and prioritize user stories in line with own visionAccountable for the execution of controls within the software development life cycleContinuously improve backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritizedEnsure customer focused design considering user struggles & usability test results, using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research to deliver a well-positioned productApprove each feature and provide valuable feedback for the teamDrive sprint and release plans together with the Scrum Master and organizational technology teamsExercise strong decision-making mandate from executive group to own product end-to-endWork with Tech Lead to build a modular & reusable solutionQualifications:
5-7 years Servicing related experience and 3+ years management experienceCollege Degree or equivalent experience;In depth understanding of Servicing data and internal Freddie Mac system functionality highly desirablePrior experience in a Product Management, Ownership role with shown examples of deliveryLean and user centered design thinking examples put to practiceStrong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate impact initiativesExcellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.Must possess strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detailProven understanding of current technologies with the ability to develop and deliver projects using innovative technologiesUnderstanding of agile development and continuous deployment practices. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $138,000 - $206,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
