What this position entails

IntelliScript’s Product Management department is a key part of our success and is critical to our future.  As a Product Owner working with an Agile team, you will help bring the product vision to life through the continued growth and enhancement of our core products that drive value for our clients. The ideal candidate will have big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most importantly, we need a Product Owner who can help us continue to build better products.

What you will be doing

Execute the product strategy around OneRecord product portfolio in collaboration with OneRecord Product Manager and other IntelliScript leaders Develop an understanding of IntelliScript clients and support OneRecord Product Manager in conducting market and product research to determine how our products fit client needs Work closely with Agile team members and be the final arbiter of requirements conflicts and/or questions surrounding priorities and requirements Define the acceptance criteria for all user stories Accept/reject the delivered code within each sprint Prioritize and develop ongoing bug fixes, technical enablers, and product enhancements, and create and prioritize user stories within the team backlog Serve as the Agile team’s single point of contact on behalf of business stakeholders/users/customers Continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders/users/customers Continuously engages and communicates with business stakeholders/users/customers on upcoming deliverables so that their feedback is incorporated as part of sprint planning Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders across the product lifecycle Negotiates priorities between competing stakeholder interests at the user story level, and then collaborates with team to ensure that the highest value deliverables are completed within the sprint

What we need

5+ years of relevant experience Prior experience as a Product Owner with an interoperability focus Experience with HL7, IHE, or API interfaces Experience with clinical data table structures, storage, relationships, maintenance, etc. Strong ability to mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint/release goals Experience with Agile Project Management tools (i.e. Jira) Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Ability to engage with individuals at all levels within the organization about their needs and asking the right questions that will surface essential requirements information Strong ability to convey results in written reports and presentations in a clear and concise manner Someone who enjoys building relationships and establishing credibility and influence within the organization Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices Ability to focus development teams to ensure successful translation of requirements into high-quality product deliverables

 Location

The expected application deadline for this job is February 14, 2025. This position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI for quarterly PI Planning meetings.

The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $198,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a significant performance-based bonus plan, profit sharing, and generous benefits.
