To succeed in this role:
You have strong digital product management experience and proof in an international environment.You have solid agile leadership skills and proof on leading and scaling digital products globally.You have strong digital acumen and knowledge of key digital technologies (cloud, data, and digital services).You possess strong business mind and capability to quantify customer value and business benefits for R&D-efforts.You are data-savvy and KPI driven, you use data, data analysis and related tools in your daily decision making. Own, create, update, communicate and execute through product development phase the product vision and roadmap which are based on customer, end user and business needs.You have experience in creating Robust Roadmap and future looking vision for the product to be scalable & reliable. Balance product roadmap between business needs and technology development.You are an inspiring communicator.You have great collaboration skills across R&D and business stakeholders being able to manage well through organizational boundaries and complexities.
The desired candidate will have:
Minimum of 5+ years of data-driven product leadership experience with proven track- record of success storiesSome experience on Mobile/Desktop/IoT applications Some experience on Electrical /Electronics background (not mandate) Demonstrated skills of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery Agile leadership experience in practiceExperience of collaborating with Customers, internal users.Background in high-tech companies working with data and AI tools at regular intervals or daily.Complex Problem-Solving skills.Concrete proof with results on leading the development of data-driven products.Experience in working in international multisite environment with high performing technology business.Proven ability to engage with developers, designers, and company leaders in an inspiring, constructive, and collaborative relationship.Proven experience on leading and scaling successfully digital products at global scale.
