About the roleWe have an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team as an experienced Digital Product Owner for the Odyssey Program, where we aim to revolutionize the European supply chain into an autonomous, future-ready system. The position lies within the EPDM Supply Chain function and is location in our Amsterdam office.
As a Digital Product Owner, you will be pivotal in establishing an end-to-end supply chain control tower and command center. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the value delivered by the Pod by ensuring that products align with stakeholder needs and strategic objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality product delivery.
What you'll be doing Lead the Pod to deliver on the product vision and program roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Ensure alignment of the product backlog with business needs and stakeholder requirements. Engage with business users, SMEs, solutions analysts, and developers to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Develop detailed design documentation to facilitate robust solution designs, ensuring alignment with business processes. Ensure end-to-end delivery of the product through change management, adoption monitoring, and value tracking. Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing, including user onboarding and defect logging. Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint and release goals. Report emerging risks and issues to the program lead in a timely manner. Qualifications & Experience Familiarity & certification in Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Miro. SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus. Experience with cutting-edge supply chain technologies and platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain processes, including supplier management, transportation, warehousing, planning, execution, order management, and retail customer deliveries. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools; experience with advanced supply chain platforms is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement. Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain processes, including supplier management, transportation, warehousing, planning, execution, order management, and retail customer deliveries.
