We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help lead this mission. This role will focus on self-service products within our Airports division.

About the Role:

As a Product Owner, you will be a key player in our product development team, turning our product vision and roadmap into features that deliver the greatest business value. You will bridge the gap between end customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive innovation and manage the end-to-end product lifecycleChampion the product vision and roadmap, leading a team from ideation to executionEngage directly with customers to understand their needs through workshops, interviews, and moreBreak down larger features into smaller, valuable incrementsPrioritize backlog items based on business valueTranslate product roadmap into detailed requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with architects, product managers, and development teams to refine features and agree on architectural optionsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support the Scrum Master to ensure team commitments are met

Key Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience as a Product OwnerExperience with products that have hardware and software componentsFamiliarity with Agile development practicesStrong understanding of business value related to product featuresOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage conflicting stakeholder needsTechnical background

NICE TO HAVE:

Product Owner/Manager CertificationExperience with airport or aerospace productsExperience with self-service baggage products in airportsProven track record of launching new products
