This position will be **full-time** and **remote** . **What You’ll Do** + Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements for various projects + Convert business requirements into technical stories + Create and maintain detailed requirements documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories using tools like Jira and Confluence + Work with PMO and Technology Teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications + Assist in data migration, system testing, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and training + Provide Business as Usual support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules + Troubleshoot reported issues and collaborate with external contractors to resolve these + Conduct RCA’s for reported P1’s and follow up on action items + Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy **What You'll Need** Required: + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, Business Administration, or a related field + Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner in the Finance and procurement domain + Experience working with Finance, Sales, and procurement teams + Experience working with various business SMEs across finance + Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies and tools + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred: + Experience with MS D365 F&O preferred + Comfortable with financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting + Experience with tools like Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, Onestream, Avalara, and Azure DevOps is a plus **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
