The successful candidate will be based in the Hong Kong office covering the Asia, Europe and North American markets, Colt has offices located in the following Asian countries: Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the strategic direction and vision to support prioritisation of activities.

• Managing and prioritising the product development team backlog.

• Applying a customer-centric mindset along with design thinking tools to guide product development team members.

• Providing daily insights that guide product development toward the highest highest-value outputs.

• Gathering and applying feedback from customers and stakeholders throughout entire product delivery lifecycle.

• Acting as a point of contact between product team and the business and facilitating any discussions.

Skills Experience in using Linux Windows server experience is an advantage Knowledge in financial data Programming Languages C++ with STL, Boost library Java Scripting Perl, python etc… Business English Level, and fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin Good logical mindset in data processing and problem solving Education A bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, product development, computer sciences or a relevant field
